伸缩装置的安装质量直接影响伸缩装置的行车平稳性、舒适性以及伸缩装置的使用寿命。安装环节对伸缩装置而言是举足轻重的。因此，伸缩装置安装一般由生产厂家的专业安装队伍完成，或者在生产厂家专业技术人员的指导下进行。
The quality of installation of expansion joint directly affects the stability and comfort of driving and the service life of the expansion joint. Since the installation of expansion joint is very important, the installation works are generally carried out by our professional installation team or under the guidance of our experts.
安装前的准备工作：
Preparations before installation:
1、 预留槽和预埋钢筋。桥梁施工单位必须根据所选定伸缩装置型号相应安装图的尺寸要求进行钢筋预埋和槽口预留。并保护好梁端缝隙不被杂物堵塞。
1. Fabricate the groove and pre-embed the steel bars. The construction unit shall fabricate the groove and steel bars according to the installation size of the selected expansion joint model, and protect the beam end groove against entrance of foreign materials.
2、 检查安装条件是否具备。包括：桥面施工进度必须完成面层施工，材料、设备、人员组织齐备。
